Delicious, Rich Chocolate Cake
You would never guess this cake is gluten free. It has a moist and rich quality that you wouldn't expect from a mix. When baking a cake, I won't go any other route than Pamela's Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix.

Kids & grown-ups alike all loved it!
I baked for Great-granddaughter's BD as entire family is gluten-free. My daughter that is not gluten-free had no idea the cake was gluten-free and commented that it was the best chocolate cake she ever ate. The frosting is very good also. Needless to say, most everyone had 2nd's.

This is best with coconut oil. Very rich and moist. Don't over bake.
