good alternative for a lower carb cereal

since special k changed their protein cereal blend and added to the carb content - i am using this cereal with my special mix - it's good and not sweet

Great source of Fiber

This cereal has a lot of fiber without tasting to grainy. It is delicious on frozen yogurt, kind of like a crumbled waffle cone flavor. It is very low in calories for the amount of fiber.
