Tastes good, but BEWARE
This product tastes good, and may even lower blood pressure, but it also lowers estrogens, according to research. I enjoy the tea either hot or cold and sometimes mix it with other beverages, or juices for a delicious cocktail. Great Tea
Great tea at a great price. I enjoy the tea for its taste as well as its cardiovascular effects ... a nice natural way to take a few points off your blood pressure reading. Its worked for me. I usually double bag it to increase the medicinal effect. For taste alone however, one bag will do just fine.
