Mild and sweet.
The flavor is excellent, slightly sweet and mild-tasting on its own.. With a little olive oil, it makes a superb, healthy dressing for salad.

Delicious & Healthy
An excellent product! It's nearly impossible to find balsamic vinegar without sulfate, sugar or food coloring. I'm allergic to sugar & sulfate and this is one of the few brands I can trust w/o worrying about undisclosed ingredients.

sulfites
My mom and I were both sensitive to whatever amount of sulfites that this contains, and we weren't able to eat it.So we have an expensive bottle of balsalmic vinegar in our cupboard that we can't eat.Try the sulfite-free one if you are sensitive.
